1. Soak the feet in warm water for a minimum of 40mins, very hard feet soak for one hour
2. Use scissors to cut the foot masks (socks) apart.
3. Wear the foot socks and use use the sealing tape to attach them firmly. For moderate rough feet wear for 1hr. For extremely rough hard cracked feet wear the masks for 2hr .
4. Take the socks off after the specified time and wash off the essence solution with water.
5. The peeling effect will Start Depending on how well your feet absorbed the peeling essence. Peeling should happen within 1-2 days. ( DON'T PICK AT THE PEELING SKIN , LET THE SKIN FALL OFF NATURALLY)
